On October 25-26, 1973, a Pann, a chief of committee, was responsible for propaganda sector. He collected 10 canoes from villagers in order to transport other 20 member. Each canoe could keep 2 or 3 propagandist to persuade people living in Prey Bachanh located in the south of Kien Sbauv village about 1 kilometer at UV 124-753 and Boeng Bei at UV 131-774. Khmer rebels attempted to make propaganda and convinced villagers to serve in their movement, and also to deceive villagers in that region.
ថ្ងៃទី២៥ និង២៦ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ឈ្មោះ ប៉ាន់ ប្រធានគណៈ កម្មការផ្នែកឃោសនា បានកេណ្ឌកាណូតអ្នកស្រុក១០គ្រឿង ដើម្បី ដឹកសមាជិកពួកវាចំនួន២០នាក់ ដោយក្នុងកាណូតមួយគ្រឿងៗមាន គ្នាជិះចាប់ពី២ទៅ៣នាក់ ដើម្បីឃោសនាតាមផ្លូវទឹកនៅម្ដុំព្រៃបាចាញ់ ស្ថិតនៅចម្ងាយ១គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ខាងត្បូងភូមិកៀនស្បូវ ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយ វ៉េ១២៤-៧៥៣ តាមផ្លូវបឹងបីត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយវ៉េ១៣១-៧៧៤។ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមមានគោលបំណងធ្វើការឃោសនាបញ្ចុះបញ្ចូលអ្នកស្រុកឱ្យ បម្រើចលនាវា និងបំភ័ន្ដមតិរាស្ដ្រនៅទីនោះ។
