Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
There were ten Khmer rebels commanders and five Yourn Viet Kong commanders traveled from staung district and across Pralay Meas village in Kampong Chhnang province in order to joint meeting in Veal Khnorng village in which they talk about reconciliation conflict problem between Yourn Viet Kong and Khmer rebel in storng district. The meeting raised up about the contribution from ethnic chiness in order to buy weapon and gun-powders. For rich chineses had to contribute 2.000.000 Riels per a person, and a person named You was a constributed collector in Pralay Meas village, Kampong Chhnang province. On 24 September 1973, Khmer rebel attacked on Yourn Viet Kong about unjustic issue that associated with dividing fighting equipments.
ថ្ងៃ៣ ខែកញ្ញា ១៩៧៣ មេបញ្ជាការខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម១០នាក់ និងមេបញ្ជាការ យួនយៀកកុង៥នាក់ ធ្វើចលនាពីស្រុកស្ទោងកាត់ភូមិប្រឡាយមាស កំពង់ឆ្នាំង មករួមប្រជុំនៅភូមិវាខ្នង ក្នុងកិច្ចសម្រួលរឿងវិវាទ រវាងយៀកកុង និងខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមក្នុងស្រុកស្ទោង។ អង្គប្រជុំសមេ្រចពី បញ្ហាវិភាគទានពីអានិកជនចិនទុកសម្រាប់ទិញគ្រឿងសញ្វាវុធ ចំពោះ ចិនអ្នកមានត្រូវវិភាគទានម្នាក់ៗ២.០០០.០០០រៀល ហើយ ឈ្មោះ យូរ ជាអ្នកប្រមូលវិភាគទានពីជនជាតិចិននៅភូមិប្រឡាយមាស «កំពង់ឆ្នាំង»។ ថ្ងៃ២៤ កញ្ញា ១៩៧៣ មានការវាយប្រហារគ្នា រវាងខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម និងយៀកកុង ពីបញ្ហាមិនយុត្ដិធម៌ក្នុងការចែក សម្ភារៈសឹក។
