Spying network in factory T-4 was to be held before 17 April 1975 by finding information from liberated zone and Phnom Penh. There were 14 treacherous network joining forces with a number of people who went against the revolution.
សភាពការណ៍ខ្សែចាត់តាំងនៅក្នុងរោងចក្រត-៤ ជាខ្សែចារកម្ម ធ្វើសកម្មភាពមុនថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ស៊ើបការណ៍ពីតំបន់ រំដោះនិងក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ សមាសភាពខ្សែនេះមានមនុស្សចំនួន ១៤នាក់ដែលភ្ជាប់ខ្សែធ្វើសកម្មភាពរួមជាមួយមនុស្សមយួចំនួន ទៀតដែលប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
