Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
I alias Leap, khmer communist, was responsible for politics, economic and security department in Thnour sub-district. People would be killed when they were found seriously guilty, and punished by digging, planting and building selter for 2 to 3 months when they were found lightly guilty. On March 15, 1974, enemy drove people to forest in Phlong village, enemy deployed their men along Stung Pongror to stop people from escaping to Kampong Thom town.
ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដឈ្មោះ អ៊ី ហៅ លាប ជាអ្នកទទួលបន្ទុកផ្នែកនយោបាយ សេដ្ឋកិច្ចសន្ដិសុខនៅសង្កាត់ធ្នូ។ ចំពោះប្រជាជនណាមានទោសធ្ងន់ ត្រូវបាត់ខ្លួន ប្រសិនទោសស្រាលៗគឺជីកដី ដាំបន្លែ និងសង់ជម្រកឱ្យ ពួកវាក្នុងរយៈពេលពី២ទៅ៣ខែ។ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ មីនា ១៩៧៤ ពួក ខ្មាំងបានកេណ្ឌប្រជាជនយកទៅក្នុងព្រៃមួយក្នុងភូមិផ្លុង។ ពិសេស ទៅទៀតពួកវាបានរាយគ្នាតាមបណ្ដោយស្ទឹងពង្រ ដើម្បីឃាត់ប្រជាជន កុំឱ្យរត់មកកាន់ទីក្រុងកំពង់ធំ។
