On 15 October 1973, about 300 equipped arm Khmer rebel got on blue uniforms under control of commander named Rom Mon aka Roth, and Den Chum aka Phon, and comrade Tav, who was political commisioner and ammunition which was located in Pray Dam Chheu, Prek Torl sub-district. They always made up activities in Sakor village, Daun Try sub-district, Morng district in Battambang province.
ថ្ងៃ១៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមចំនួន៣០០នាក់ ស្លៀក ពាក់ខៀវ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ រុំ ម៉ុន ហៅ រត្ន និង ដិន ជុំ ហៅ ផុន ភូឈួយមិត្ដ ថាវ ជាស្នងការនយោបាយ និងអាវុធគ្រប់ធុន មកតាំងជម្រកនៅព្រៃដាំឈើ ឃុំព្រែកទាល់។ ខ្មាំងតែងតែធ្វើ ចលនា និងសកម្មភាពក្នុងភូមិសាគរ ឃុំដូនទ្រី ស្រុកមោង បាត់ដំបង។
