Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Vath Li aka Sary was born in Basith village, Mkak sub-district, Angsnuol district, Kandal province. The person defected on August 09, 1974 at Snao sub-district, Basit, Udor Meanchey. Vath Li used to be a commnader of platoon 21, company 32, battalion 213, regiment 1, special zone, region 15. The person had reported that in regiment 1 area of region 15, special zone, they mobilize people from the age of 14-40 to join in the armed forces and assigned gangster to be the leaders. Cultural centre of regiment 1 had in doctrinated a young inhabitant force, 6-14 year-old to work for communist movement and printed a book called {Revolution flage} for them.
វ៉ាត់ លី ហៅ សារី កើតនៅភូមិបាសិត សង្កាត់ម្កាក់ ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ជាមេបញ្ជាការកងអនុសេនាតូចលេខ ២១ អនុសេនាធំ ៣២ វរសេនាតូច២១៣ វរសេនាធំ១ ប្រចាំភូមិភាគពិសេសតំបន់ ១៥ បានរត់ចុះចូលនៅថ្ងៃ៩ សីហា ១៩៧៤នៅសង្កាត់ស្នោាសិត ឧត្ដុង្គមានជ័យ។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានរាយការណ៍ពីកងវរសេនាធំទី១តំបន់ ១៥ ភូមិភាគពិសេសដែលកេណ្ឌកេ្មងអាយុ ១៤ឆ្នាំ រហូតដល់៤០ឆ្នាំ ឱ្យចូលធ្វើទ័ព និងលើកជនអ្នកលេងឱ្យដឹកនាំទ័ព។ ផ្នែកវប្បធម៍បានអប់រំ កេ្មងពី៦-១៤ឆ្នាំ ឱ្យរៀនដល់ពេលធំបម្រើចលនាកុម្មុយនិស្ដ ហើយបាន បោះពុម្ពនូវសៀវភៅ«ទង់បដិវត្ដន៍»សម្រាប់ឱ្យយុវជនអានជាទូទៅ។
