For those things which were said above, special regional military commander with sub military operation sector in Phnom Penh took a measure to prevent all events which would occur eventually. On 19 July 1974, they also assigned Unifying Khmer Commission, Ministry of Unity and brigade 2 waited for defectors but they didn't appear. However, there was a group of 14 people (male and female). They were in black dress, with 12 guns. Therefore, the commission claimed khmer that these they were defectors and allowed them to stay at Wat Kdei Ta Koy. As for Khmer defectors who were informed to joined here the commission waited for them, but no one appeared.
ចំពោះរឿងដូចបានចែងខាងលើនេះ មេបញ្ជាការយោធភូមិភាគ ពិសេស និងផ្នែកសឹករងភំ្នពេញ បានចាត់កិច្ចការ ការពារនិងទប់ទល់ ចំពោះហេតុការណ៍ណាដែលកើតមានឡើងជាយថាហេតុ ព្រមទាំងចាត់ឱ្យចាំទទួលនៅថ្ងៃទី១៩ កក្កដា ១៩៧៤ ជាមួយគណៈកម្មការ ខ្មែររួបរួមនិងក្រសួងសាមគី្គ និងកងពលទី ២ តែពុំឃើញមានការ ចូលរួមដូចព័ត៌មានទេ។ ប៉ុន្ដែឃើញមានមនុស្សមួយក្រុមផេ្សងទៀត ដែលមានស្រី មានប្រុសស្លៀកពាក់ខោអាវខ្មៅចំនួន១៤នាក់ និងអាវុធ១២ដើម។ ដូចេ្នះគណៈកម្មការអះអាងថាជាខ្មែរ រួបរួម ហើយឱ្យស្នាក់នៅក្នុងវត្ដកី្ដតាកុយ។ ចំណែកឯខ្មែររួបរួមដែលបាន ផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានថាចូលនេះក៏ត្រូវរងចាំរហូត តែមិនឃើញមានចូលមក។
