Chhin reported for brother 89 that:
1. the situation of all positions outside the border was fine because our soldiers keep scouting the border carefully all the time. But we could not implement yet because of the absence of some cadres. 2. All consciousness were revolutionary. Our people were making great effort in growing rice. At some places they could harvest 4 tonnes of rice per hectar and some other places 2,50 tonnes per hectar and 1 ton per hectar because of water shortage. 3. People who were supposed to be educated were not yet allowed to do so because they were required to help in collecting the ripping rice first. ឈ្មោះ ឈិន បានរាយការណ៍ឱ្យបង៨៩ស្ដីអំពីៈ ១.សភាពការណ៍ខាងក្រៅតាមព្រំដែនគ្រប់មុខព្រួញមិនមានអ្វីទេ ដោយបងប្អូនដើរស៊ើបពិនិត្យតាមព្រំដែនរហូត។ ចំពោះការអនុវត្ដន៍ ពិតពុំទាន់បានអនុវត្ដទេ ព្រោះកម្មាភិបាលមិនទាន់មកជុំគ្នាល្អ។២.គ្មានសតិអារម្មណ៍ណាដែលមិនបដិវត្ដ។ ចំពោះបងប្អូនកំពុង ខិតខំធ្វើស្រូវ ដោយកន្លែងខ្លះបានមួយហិតតា៤តោន កន្លែងខ្លះ២.៥តោនក្នុងមួយហិកតា ហើយកន្លែងខ្លះ១តោន ក្នុងមួយហិកតា ព្រោះដោយសារកន្លែងខ្លះស្រូវខ្វះទឹក។ ៣.បញ្ហារៀនសូត្រមិនទាន់រៀនសូត្រទេ ដោយទុកកម្លាំងច្រូតស្រូវសិន ព្រោះស្រូវទុំជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។
