Chhan sent to office 870 a telegram ៈ34 in which he asked about the first participants who didn't return yet and he requested comrade 87to trace this ploblem. In the base, enemy made a propaganda that if somebody didn't go with Sihanouk, they would be killed. Currently we arrested 6 people. The total member of base people and new peaple in this location were 15,000 persons. The chief of region decided to give cows and buffalos to division to eat. Currently all people were strongly planting rice all day and night.
ឈ្មោះ ឆាន បានផ្ញើរទូរលេខលេខ៣៤នេះទៅឱ្យមន្ទីរ៨៧០ ដោយក្នុង នោះបានសួរពត៌មានពីសិក្ខាកាមលើកទី១ មិនឃើញត្រឡប់មកវិញ ហើយសុំឱ្យមន្ទីរ៨៧០ជួយតាមដានសភាពការណេ៍នេះផង។ ក្នុងមូលដ្ឋានមានអ្នកក្បត់ជាសម្ដីខ្មាំង ដោយយកឈ្មោះ សីហនុ មក ឃោសនាថា អ្នកណាមិនទៅតាម សីហនុ គឺសម្លាប់ចោល។ ឥឡូវនេះយើងចាប់៦នាក់ហើយ។ ប្រជាជនទាំងថ្មី និងចាស់ មាន១៥,០០០នាក់។ គោក្របីចាស់ខាងតំបន់ សមេ្រចជូនកងពលហូប ហើយប្រជាជនកំពុងវាយសម្រុកស្រូវធ្ងន់ទាំងថ្ងៃទាំងយប់ ខ្លាំងក្លាណាស់។
