Khiev received a telegram from Dem mainly talking about :
- Planes and sub-marine activities of Thailand's CIA which came to Vai island with 300 soldiers for fighting.
- Had to grap future plan, had to reserve water, rice, weapons and medicines for one month. And be self-mastering in the complete preparation for the fighting, especially at: Tang, Vai and Preunh islands.
- Had to keep their eye on enemies and instill our soldiers with the spirit of high vigilance.
ឈ្មោះ ខៀវ បានទទួលទូរលេខពីឈ្មោះ ឌឹម ស្ដីអំពីសកម្មភាព យន្ដហោះ និងកប៉ាល់ទឹករបស់សេអ៊ីអាសៀមចូលមកកោះវ៉ៃ ដោយមានបញ្ជូន កម្លាំងចំនួន៣០០នាក់ ដើម្បីធ្វើការវាយប្រហារទៀតផង។ - ក្ដាប់ឱ្យបានផែនការណ៍ខាងមុខ ត្រូវរៀបចំស្ដុកទឹក និងអង្ករឱ្យបាន មួយខែ អាវុធគ្រាប់រំសេវ និងថ្នាំសង្កូវត្រូវម្ចាស់ការ&ៈ៨២០៣់&ៈ៨២០៣់&ៈ៨២០៣់ ត្រៀមលក្ខណៈ ប្រយុទ្ធឱ្យបានសព្វគ្រប់ សំខាន់គឺកោះកាង កោវ៉ៃ កោះព្រីង។ - ត្រូវយាមតាមដានខ្លាំងឱ្យម៉ត់ចត់ត្រូវអប់រំស្មារតីបងប្អូនឱ្យ ប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នខ្ពស់។
