On 16 October 1973, most of Khmer rebels prepared to stransport gun-powders and food stuffs by 5 GMC- trucks, and was escorted by one leading truck through Stok village and Anlong Cham Na village, Chan Sen sub-district, Paing Lvea district and went to the South-East in Chan Sen sub-district. Khmer rebel assigned Ta Yem to be a chief of economic committee in Chan Sen sub-district.
ថ្ងៃទី០៥ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមមួយចំនួនបាន រៀបចំដឹកនាំគ្រាប់រំសេវ និងស្បៀងតាមរថយន្ដហេ្សអ៊ឹមសេ៥គ្រឿង ដោយមានរថយន្ដមួយគ្រឿងទៀតជាអ្នកនាំផ្លូវឆ្លងកាត់តាមភូមិស្ដុក និងភូមិអន្លង់ចំណារ ឃុំច័ន្ទសែន ស្រុកពាំងល្វា សំដៅឆ្ពោះទៅទិស ខាងកើតឈៀងខាងត្បូង។ ក្នុងឃុំច័ន្ទសែនខ្មាំង បានតែងតាំងឈ្មោះ តាយ៉ែម ជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាភិបាលផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ក្នុងឃុំច័ន្ទសែន។
