About 1.000 Khmer rebels in region 22, 23 and 24 deployed and hid themselves along Tonle Tauch River from Serey village to Prek Phdaov village. Approximately 1.000 other Khmer rebels deployed themselves around Lvea Em district office. These Khmer rebels attempted to traverse from the east of mekong river bank, and come into Kien Svay district in order to attack on Chba Ampeou and Phnom Penh city, through the national road 1 in the near future.
ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមតំបន់២២, ២៣ និង២៤ ប្រហែល១.០០០នាក់ បានមក រាយគ្នាលាក់ខ្លួននៅតាមដងទនេ្លតូច ចាប់ពីភូមិសេរី មកដល់ភូមិព្រែក ផ្ដាំ។ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល១.០០០នាក់ទៀត បានមករាយគ្នានៅជុំ វិញសាលាស្រុកល្វាឯម។ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមទាំងនេះ មានបំណងប្រុងឆ្លងពី ត្រើយខាងកើតទនេ្លមេគង្គ ឆ្ពោះមកស្រុកគៀនស្វាយ តាមកំពង់ដរខ្សុំ ដើម្បីមកវាយប្រហារច្បារអំពៅ និងរដ្ឋធានីភ្នំពេញតាមផ្លូវលេខ១ ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។
