Seng S Vann was evacuated from Thash village to Sduk Ko village, then he was introduced to join the khmer communist army, in regiment ៈ113 by his cousin, Suth Sum. In regiment ៈ113, Ta Soeun was a commander (Local khmer rouge), Ta Loeun was a politics commisioner, Ta Muth was a economic superintendent and forces ranged from 300 to 500 combatant equipped with guns. Those soldier had never been trained because there were shortage of soldier, and they said that battlefield was the training place. Scouts were usually sent to scout enemy's situation before they attacked. Each combatant was offered, one shirt, a pair of pants, one hat, one hammock, a pair of shoes, a can of rice per day, and was paid 75 riels per month, whereas, food was afforded by themselves. In this region economic was held by khmer communist, and villagers were forbidden to sell out their products. Khmer rouge drove villagers to their occupied area, because there they could easily doctrinate youth with communist ideology, in order to strengthen their forces. Most of the residents weren't content with them because they were badly suppressed. He defected to the government because the rules were too hard, no buddhism, and monks were forced to leave monkhood and joined the armed forces. What is more, anyone who was found guilty would be killed.
សេង សុវណ្ណ ត្រូវបានខ្មាំងកៀរយកទៅពីភូមិស្រែផាស អោយទៅ នៅក្នុងភូមិស្ដុកគោ ហើយបន្ទាប់មកក៏បានបងជីដូនមួយឈ្មោះ សុទ្ធ សុំ ដែលជាខ្មែររំដោះនាំយកទៅធើ្វជាយុទ្ធជនកងវរៈលេខ១១៣ របស់ ពួកខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ។ (មូលហេតុដែលនាំអោយចុះចូលនឹងរដ្ឋាភិបាល គឺបណ្ដាលមកពីពួកវាដាក់បញ្ញតិ្ដយ៉ាងតឹងរ៉ឹងបំផុត មិនអោយខ្មែរកាន់ ព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា, ព្រះសង្ឃត្រូវបានផ្សឹកអោយចូលធ្វើជាកងទ័ព ចំពោះអ្នកមានទោសគឺត្រូវសម្លាប់ចោលទាំងអស់)។ កងវរៈលេខ ១១៣នេះមានឈ្មោះ តា សឿន ជាមេបញ្ជាការ «ខ្មែរក្រហមក្នុងស្រុក» និងមាន តា លឿន ជាស្នងការនយោបាយ, តា ម៉ុក ស្នង ការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ហើយមានកម្លាំងទាំងអស់ចំនួនពី៣០០នាក់ ទៅ៥០០ នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ។ កងទ័ពទាំងនោះពុំដែលបានហាត់ រៀនក្បួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រអី្វទេ ព្រោះពួកវាខ្វះកងទ័ពទើបរើសទ័ពថី្ម ដោយ ពួកវាប្រាប់ថា កន្លែងហាត់រៀនគឺនៅក្នុងសមរភូមិ។ មុននឹងទៅវាយ ប្រហារកន្លែងណាមួយ ពួកវាច្រើនអោយអ្នកយកការណ៍សម្ងាត់ ទៅមើលស្ថានភាពជាមុនសិន ទើបឡើងវាយប្រហារកន្លែងនោះ។ ពួកវាបើកខោអាវអោយម្នាក់១សម្រាប់, មួកមួយ, អង្រឹង១, ស្បែកជើង១គូ។ ចំណែកស្បៀងអាហារគឺរកដោយខ្លួនឯង ប្រាក់ខែ មួយខែ៧៥រៀល អង្ករ១កំប៉ុងក្នុង១ថ្ងៃ។ នៅក្នុងតំបន់នេះ ពួកខ្មាំង ក្ដាប់សេដ្ឋកិច្ច បានហាមអ្នកស្រុកមិនអោយលក់ផលដំណាំចេញទៅ ក្រៅតំបន់ដែលវាកាន់កាប់ឡើយ។ ដើម្បីជាកម្លាំងដល់កងទ័ពវា គឺពួក វាបានកៀរអ្នកស្រុកអោយមកនៅត្រង់កន្លែងវាកាន់កាប់ ដើម្បីងាយ ស្រួលដល់ពួកវាអប់រំបញ្ចុះបញ្ចូលមនោគមន៍វិជ្ជាកុម្មុយនិស្ដដល់ យុវជន។ អ្នកស្រុកភាគច្រើនមិនពេញចិត្ដនឹងពួកវាឡើយ ពីព្រោះពួក វាបានធើ្វអោយពួកគេវេទនារហេមរហាមរាល់ថ្ងៃ និងការគៀបសង្កត់ យ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរបំផុតទៀតផង។
