On November 4-5, 1973, about 350 gunned Khmer rebels, under the command of Dul traveled to make a position in O Anlung Chrey, located in Samraong Leu sub-district, Ang Snuol district "Oudong Meanchey". These enemies attempted to fight and cut off the national road No. 4 between Ang Snuol and prey Torting.
នៅថ្ងៃទី៤-៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល៣៥០ នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ឌុល ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ បានធ្វើ ចលនាចូលមកតាំងជម្រកនៅអូរអន្លង់ជ្រៃ សង្កាត់សំរោងលើ ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល «ឧដុង្គមានជ័យ»។ ខ្មាំងខាងលើនេះមានចំណង ប្រុងវាយប្រហារកាត់ផ្ដាច់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៤ ត្រង់ចន្លោះពីអង្គស្នួលទៅព្រៃទទឹង។
