កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Ut Sam Y, commander in battalion 123, convinced his three men, You Min, Hang Sovoeun and Im Meng to defect to the authority which was stationed at Thnal Tortung. He also said that many of his men intended to defect too.
មេខ្មែរក្រហមរូបនេះបាននាំបក្សពួកខ្លួន៣នាក់ទៀតគឺៈ យូរ មិន, ហង់ សុវឿន, អ៊ឹម ម៉េង មកសុំចុះចូលនិងអាជ្ញាធរដែលប្រចាំការនៅ ថ្នល់ទទឹង។ ហើយឈ្មោះនេះបានបញ្ជាក់ទៀតថា មានមិត្ដ និងបក្សពួក គេច្រើនអ្នកទៀតបម្រុងនឹងមកចុះចូលទៀត។
