A monk, named Chan Dy, was allowed to work for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces. He was in charge of having contact with Khmer people who were working for enemy in their region.
សមុហ៍គណៈ ចន្ទ ឌី ត្រូវអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ឱ្យក្រសួង យោធពលខេមជាតិ ក្នុងការទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយខ្មែរ ដែលធ្វើការឱ្យពួក ខ្មាំងនៅក្នុងតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់។
