Pa Huor was permitted to work for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Koh Sotin and Tbong Khmum region in Kampong Cham province. He was in charge of communicating with Khmer liberation and Khmer Rouge in order to persuade them to return to the society.
ឈ្មោះ ប៉ា ហួរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិនៅតំបន់កោះសូទិន និងត្បូងឃ្មុំ ខេត្ដកំពង់ ចាម ដើម្បីទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយខ្មែរក្រហម ឱ្យមកចូលរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិ -បាលវិញ។
