This attestation certified that Yim Loch was appointed to be informer for the Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Phnom Penh city and Kandal province. On the other hand, Yim Loch, Hoy Phan and Tit Vann were also appointed to be secret civil agent in Kean Svay area.
