On November 18, 1972, Prakk Kan, 30 years old, living in House 139 B, Tuol Sbov village, Kampong Cham province, was allowed to work in Kampong Siem, Prey Chhor and Tbong Khmum districts of Kampong Cham province for a month to persuade Khmer liberation to join the national community.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ វិច្ឆិកា ១៩៧២ លោក ប្រាក់ កន អាយុ ៣០ឆ្នាំ នៅផ្ទះលេខ១៣៩ប ភូមិទួលស្បូវ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យទៅធ្វើការនៅក្នុងស្រុកកំពង់សៀម, ស្រុកត្បូងឃ្មុំ និងស្រុកព្រៃ ឈរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម រយះពេល១ខែ។ ការទៅនេះដើម្បីប្រាស្រ័យ ទាក់ទងជាមួយខ្មែររំដោះ ក្នុងការចូលរួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញ។
