Hel Sen was a cook in group 1 of brigade No. 11, company No. 41, unit 154 in Dangkao district of region No. 15, and he was arrested by national army in battalion No. 202, infantry unit No. 51 of division No. 3 at VT 792-568 , in the Eastern of Ampil village. He pointed that unit No. 154 was located at VT 812-567 in Maot Boeng village, and there were 200 forces under the command of deputy commander, Phak, and commender Phal. The weapons used in the unit were: 1 M-82, 3 M 60,1 machine gun, 3 Chinese machine gun, 2 B-40, 1 B-41, 7 M-79 and some AK-47 and M-16.
ហ៊ែល សេន ជាអ្នកដាំបាយនៅក្រុមទី១ កងអនុសេនាតូចទី១១ អនុ សេនាធំ៤១ កង១៥៤ ក្នុងស្រុកដង្កោ តំបន់១៥។ ជននេះគឺជាខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនីស្ដ ហើយត្រូវកងទ័ពជាតិក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូច២០២ កងពល តូចថ្មើរជើង៥១ កងពលធំទី៣ ចាប់ខ្លួនត្រង់ចំនុចវ៉េតេ ៧៩២-៥៦៨ ខាងកើតភូមិអំពិល។ ជននេះបានសារភាពថាៈ អង្គភាព១៥៤ មានទី តាំងត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៨១២.៥៦៧ ក្នុងភូមិមាត់បឹង និងមានកម្លាំងចំនួន ២០០នាក់ ក្រោមមេបញ្ជាការរងឈ្មោះ ផាក និង ផល។ អាវុធដែល ត្រូបានប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងអង្គភាពមានៈ អ៊ឹម ៨២ មួយដើម អ៊ឹម ៦០ ចំនួន ៣ដើម កាំភ្លើងយន្ដចំនួន១ដើម កាំភ្លើងយន្ដចិនចំនួន៣ដើម បេ៤០ចំនួន២ដើម បេ៤១ចំនួន១ដើម អ៊ឹម៧៩ចំនួន៧ដើម និង អាកា៤៧បូកនឹងអ៊ឹម១៦មួយចំនួនធំ។
