Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Thach Phoeung was sent on mission: To persuade Khmer Krom to understand about the aims and the policies of Khmer Krom movement, to draw organisational chart , to set up committee of villages sub-districts and district, to spy on Khmer liberation Vietnamese soldiers, Americans and activities of Viet-Cong, to spread propaganda against Khmer liberation Vietnamese Americans and activities of Viet-Cong, to collect information about Khmer Krom's attitude and Vietnamese's wild tricks on Khmer Krom.
ឈ្មោះ ថាច់ ភឿង អាយុ ១៩ឆ្នាំ ទទួលបេសកកម្មទៅកម្ពុជាក្រោម ដើម្បីឃោសនាឱ្យខ្មែរក្រោមបានដឹងពីគោលបំណង និងនយោបាយ របស់ចលនាតស៊ូកម្ពុជាក្រោម, ចាត់តាំងមូលដ្ឋាន និងបង្កើតគណៈ កម្មការភូមិ ឃុំ ស្រុក, ឃោសនាប្រឆាំងខ្មែរសេរី កងទ័ពយួន អាមេរិកាំង និងសកម្មភាពរបស់យៀកកុង, យកព័ត៌មានស្ដីពី ចរិយាខ្មែរក្រោម និង យកព័ត៌មានស្ដីពីល្បិចព្រៃផ្សៃដែលយួនបាន ប្រព្រឹត្ដទៅលើពួកខ្មែរក្រោម។
