Koem Khin was allowed to serve for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Svay Teap region, Svay Rieng district, Svay Rieng province. He was responsible for having contact with Khmer Rouge in order to persuade them to join the society.
ឈ្មោះ កឹម ឃិន ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់ក្រសួង យោធពលខេមជាតិនៅក្នុងតំបន់ស្វាយទាប ស្រុកស្វាយរៀងខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង ដើម្បីទាក់ទងខ្មែរក្រហមឱ្យចូលរួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល វិញ។
