Sam Seng Huot was allowed to work for the sake of Ministry of National Armed Forces in Svay Donkeo region, Bakan district, Pursat province. He was in charge of having contact with Khmer liberation and Khmer Rouge in order to persuade them to join the goverment.
ឈ្មោះ ស.ម សេងហួត ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ ដល់ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅក្នុងតំបន់ស្វាយដូនកែវ ស្រុកបាកាន ខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់ ដើម្បីទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហមឱ្យចូលរួប រួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
