Meas Say was allowed to serve for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in region 32, Samrong Torng district, Kampong Speu province. He was responsible for communicating with Khmer liberation in order to convince them to get back to the government.
ឈ្មោះ មាស សាយ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ របស់ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅតំបន់លេខ៣២ ស្រុកសំរោងទង ខេត្ដកំពង់សឺ្ដ ដើម្បីទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយខ្មែររំដោះឱ្យមកចូលរួមជាមួយ រដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
