កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :

Lay Sarith was permitted to work for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Tang Kok region, Tangkok district, Kampong Thom province. He was in charge of having contact with Khmer liberation and khmer rouge so as to convince them to defect to government.
ឈ្មោះ ឡាយ សារិទ្ធ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់ ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅក្នុងតំបន់តាំងគោក ស្រុកតាំងគោក ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ ដើម្បីទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហមឱ្យចូលរួបរួមជាមួយ រដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
