Kim Khin was allowed to work for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Svay Teap region, Svay Rieng district, Svay Rieng province. He was responsible for having contact with Khmer liberation and Khmer Rouge in order to persuade them to return back to the government.
ឈ្មោះ គឺម ឃិន ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅតំបន់ស្វាយទាប ស្រុកស្វាយរៀង ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង ដើម្បីទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហមឱ្យមកចូលរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
