Kao Huon was allowed to work for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Knachambak and Prey Kabass region, Srang district, Kampong Speu province and Kampong Tram in Takeo province. He was in charge of contacting with Khmer Rouge in order to persuade them to join the government.
ឈ្មោះ កៅ ហ៊ួន ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅក្នុងតំបន់ស្រាខ្នាចំបក់, ព្រៃកប្បាស ស្រុកស្រង់ ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ និងកំពង់ត្រាំ ខេត្ដតាកែវ ដើម្បីទាក់ទងខ្មែរ ក្រហមឱ្យចូលរួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
