Chhim Tauy was allowed to work for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Koh Seh region, Kep district, Kampot province. He was responsible for having contact with Khmer liberation and Khmer Rouge in order to convince them to return to the society.
ឈ្មោះ ឈឹម តូយ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅតំបន់កោះសេះ ស្រុកកែប ខេត្ដកំពត ដើម្បីទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហមឱ្យមកចូលរួមជាមួយ សង្គមជាតិវិញ។
