Thak Ham was permitted to work for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Koh Seh region, Kep district, Kampot province. He was in charge of communicating with Khmer Rouge in order to convince them to return to the government.
ឈ្មោះ ថាក់ ហម ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិនៅតំបន់កោះសេះ ស្រុកកែប ខេត្ដកំពត ដើម្បីទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយខ្មែរក្រហម ឱ្យមកចូលរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
