Chab Samoeun was permitted to serve for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Koh Tauch region, Kampot district, Kampot province. He was responsible for having contact with Khmer Rouge in order to convince them to join the government.
ឈ្មោះ ចាប សាមឿន ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ របស់ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិនៅតំបន់កោះតូច ស្រុកកំពត ខេត្ដ កំពត ដើម្បីទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយក្រហមឱ្យមកចូលរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល វិញ។
