The committee of Pursat province issued a permit to Uk Sot to communicate with Khmer liberation and Khmer Rouge in order to persuade them to join the government.
គណៈកម្មាធិការខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់ បានចេញលិខិតអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យឈ្មោះ អ៊ុក សូត ដើម្បីទៅធ្វើការទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហម ដើម្បីឱ្យពួកទាំងនោះមករួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
