In June 1974, Angkar Khmer Communist appointed Pat Voeun to be a soldier in a mobile battalion 753 which had about 270 soldiers and it was under the command of Mith Phat, Mith Horn and Mith Phann. In 1973, through the document, Khmer Communist divided Thnort sub-district into six villages, children were from 5 to 14 studied in villages. In 1974 Angkar created cooparatives and had forced monks to work in the field to raise animals for living.
ប៉ាត វឿន ជាខ្មែរចុះចូលថ្ងៃទី២៦ តុលា ១៩៧៤ នៅផ្នែកសឹករង កំពង់ត្រឡាច។ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះនេះត្រូវអង្គការខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនិស្ដឱ្យចូលធ្វើជាយុទ្ធជនក្នុងកងឯកភាពវរសេនាតូចចល័ត៧៥៣ ហើយបានហាត់រៀនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រចំនួន១៥ ដោយមានទ័ពប្រហែល២៧០ នាក់ក្រោមបញ្ជាមិត្ដផាត មិត្ដហន មិត្ដផាន់។ ក្នុងឯកសារកាលពី ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានចែកឃុំ ត្នោតជា៦ភូមិ កេ្មងអាយុ ៥ឆ្នាំទៅ១៤ឆ្នាំឱ្យរៀននៅតាមភូមិ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ អង្គការបង្កើតជា សហករណ៍ ហើយបង្ខំព្រះសង្ឃឱ្យជិះកង់ ធ្វើស្រែដាំដំណាំចិញ្ចឹមសត្វ ដើម្បីចិញ្ចឹមជីវិត។
