In this letter certofied that, Yoeu Soeu was permitted to serve for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces. He was responsible for contacting with Khmer people who were woeking for enemy in their region.
កុ្នងលិខិតនេះបានអនុញ្ញាតឈ្មោះ យឿ សឿ ឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ របស់ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ ដើម្បីទាក់ទងជាមួយខ្មែរ ដែលធ្វើការឱ្យខ្មាំងនៅតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់។
