Chiem Choeun alias Ek, male, was born in 1949 in Mrenh village, Sa sub-district, Prey Chhor district, Kampong Cham province. He disappeared. Interviewed with his younger brother named Chiem Chen, is 40 year-old. Choeun was studying only in grade 11 (educated in old system) and then he became to a monkhood for 2 years. After that he left the monkhood and as that time he got married in 1969. Having married around one year, he divorced with his family. At that time, he volunteered to join the revolution on 15 June, 1970 through comrade Phai. The reason that joining the revolution because of the side of Lon Nol៌s soldiers recruiting them as soldiers and furthermore, it made a coup to overthrow Samdach Sihanouk so they had angered. Since joining the liberation, Choeun had been joining in devision-310. He was fighting until invasion into Phnom Penh. He always came to visit his home. Sometime he came along with 2 persons and sometime along with 3 persons and sometime they traveled by motorbike and sometime by car. The last time that he came to visit home on Khmer New Year Day in 1976. He got married again in late 1975 and also used to bring his wife along with him to go to visit his home by travelling car. Whereas Chen during the Khmer Rouge regime, he just only 15 years old so he was appointed in Children Unit. He was assigned carrying soil and it was not provided adequate food to eat. He had also not lived to gather with his family. He was sent to live in Children Unit. In 1977 to 1978, Chen saw that it was took into cars to go to Security O-Pring Office that named Tub, who was the chief of office.
ជៀម ជឿន ហៅឯក ភេទប្រុស កើតឆ្នាំ១៩៤៩ នៅភូមិមេ្រញ ឃុំស ស្រុកពៃ្រឈរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ជឿន បាត់ខ្លួន ជួប សម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយ ជៀម ចេន អាយុ៤០ឆ្នាំ ជាប្អូនប្រុស។ ជឿន រៀនត្រឹមថ្នាក់ទី១១ឪចាស់ឱ ហើយបួសបាន២វស្សា ហើយសឹកពី បួសមកវិញ ជឿន ក៏រៀបការនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៩ ការហើយមិនបាន មួយឆ្នាំផងក៏លែងគ្នាហើយ ជឿន ក៏ស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដ ចូលបដិវត្ដន៍នៅថៃ្ង ទី១៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ តាមរយៈសមមិត្ដផៃ ហើយមូលហេតុ ដែលចូល ព្រោះទាហានខាងលន់ នល់ ដេញចាប់ធ្វើជាទាហាន ហើយម្យា៉ងទៀត ពួកលន់ នល់ ធ្វើរដ្ឋប្រហារ ទម្លាក់សមេ្ដចសីហនុ ទើបមានកំហឹងឈឺចាប់។ ចាប់ពីពេលចូលធើ្វជាទ័ពខាងរំដោះ គឺជឿន នៅក្នុង កងពល៣១០ ហើយដើរវ៉ៃរហូតដល់ភ្នំពេញ។ ជឿន ឧស្សហ៍មកលេងផ្ទះណាស់ ជួនកាលមកពីរនាក់ ជួនកាលមក បីនាក់ ហើយពេលខ្លះជិះម៉ូតូ ពេលខ្លះជិះឡាន ជឿន មកលេងផ្ទះ លើកចុងក្រោយនៅ ថៃ្ងចូលឆ្នាំខែ្មរ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។ ជឿន រៀបការ ម្ដងទៀតនៅពេលដាច់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ហើយក៏ធ្លាប់យក ប្រពន្ធទៅ លេងស្រុកដែល ដោយជិះឡានទៅ។ ចំណែក ចេន នៅក្នុងសម័យ ខែ្មរក្រហមទើបតែមាន អាយុ១៥ឆ្នាំស្ថិតនៅក្នុងកងកុមារ គេឱ្យរែកដី ហើយការហូបចុកមិនគ្រប់គ្រាន់ទេ ហើយចេន មិនបាន រស់នៅជួបជុំជាមួយគ្រួសារទៀត ទៅនៅក្នុងកងកុមារ។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧១៩៧៨ ចេន ធ្លាប់ឃើញ គេដឹកមនុស្សទាំង ឡានៗចូល ទៅមន្ទីរសន្ដិខុសអូរព្រីង ដែលមានឈ្មោះ តុប ជាប្រធានមន្ទីរ។
