កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :

Sokh Sam was allowed to work for the sake of Ministry of national Khmer armed forces in Vealkhsaoy Sre village and Tapon village in Sangke district, Battambang province. He was responsible for connecting with khmer people who were working with enemies in enemy occupied region.
ឈ្មោះសុខ សំ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅក្នុងភូមិវាលខ្សោយស្រែ និងភូមិតាប៉ុន ស្រុកសង្កែ ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង ក្នុងការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងជាមួយខ្មែរដែល ធ្វើការជាមួយខ្មាំងក្នុងតំបន់ដែលខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់។
