Loeng Sokhom was allowed to work for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Dong region, Bati district, Takeo province. He was responsible for having contact with Khmer liberation and Khmer Rouge in order to persuade them to defect to the goverment.
ឈ្មោះ ឡឹង សុខុម ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់ ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិនៅក្នុងតំបន់ដូង ស្រុកបាទី ខេត្ដតាកែវ ដើម្បីទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហមឱ្យចូលរួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល វិញ។
