Kim Kemsangva was allowed to work for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces. He was responsible for contacting with Khmer people who were working for enemy in enemy occupied region.
ឈ្មោះ គឹម កែមសង្វា ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ របស់ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ ដើម្បីធ្វើការទាក់ទងជាមួយខ្មែរ ដែលធ្វើការឱ្យខ្មាំងនៅតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់។
