Saeng Ang, 22, an agent of khmer krom movement, went on mission: to persuade Khmer Krom in Tiv Koeng district in order that they understand about the aims and the policies of Khmer Krom movement; to draw organizational chart and set up committee of village, sub-district and district commission; to spread propaganda against Khmer liberation and misled people controlled by Viet-Cong, to spy on Khmer liberation, Vietnamese soldiers, Americans and activities of Viet-Cong; to collect information about Khmer Krom attitude and Viet Cong's wild trick on Khmer Krom.
ឈ្មោះ សើង អាង អាយុ ២២ឆ្នាំ ជាភ្នាក់ងារតស៊ូរបស់ចលនា កម្ពុជាក្រោមបានទទួលបេសកកម្មចុះទៅកម្ពុជាក្រោមដើម្បី ឃោសនាខ្មែរក្រោមទាំងអស់នៅស្រុកទីវកឹង ឱ្យយល់ដឹងពីគោលបំណង និងនយោបាយរបស់ចលនាតស៊ូកម្ពុជាក្រោម, ចាត់តាំងមូលដ្ឋាន និង បង្កើតគណៈកម្មការភូមិឃុំនិងស្រុក, ឃោសនាប្រឆាំងនឹងពួកខ្មែរសេ- រីនិងពួកវងេ្វងជាតិដែលស្ថិតក្រោមការត្រួតត្រារបស់ពួកយៀកកុង, យកព័តមានស្ដីពីពួកខ្មែរសេរី កងទ័ពយួន អាមេរិកាំង និងសកម្មភាព របស់យៀកកុង, យកព័ត៌មានពីចរិយាខ្មែរក្រោម, យកព័ត៌មានពី ល្បិចព្រៃផ្សៃរបស់ពួកយួនដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្ដមកលើពួកខ្មែរក្រោម។
