Sang Rong aka Srorn, cadre of regiment, division 335, confessed that Chea was a leader of Loeung. Srei Chhoeung aka Sang[was arrested]introduced Loeung to betray the party. Loeung received the plot from Hean to transfer from party guideline to Vietnamese guideline by convincing soldiers to get angry with the party through out the eating and drinking, living and building up forces in order to attack the party. In March 1976, Loeung received the plot again from Hean to revolt against the party that had in mind to establish the cooperative by setting 1000 families per one cooperative, to persuaded soldiers and people of Vietnamese guideline, to prepare foodstuff, weapon and ammunition, in order to attack the party. Each headquarters had to prepare rice and to increase traitorous forces.
សន រ៉ុង ហៅ ស្រន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាធំ កងពល៣៣៥ បាន និយាយថា ហ៊ាន ជាថ្នាក់លើរបស់ លឿង។ ស្រី ឈឿង ហៅ សាង «ចាប់ហើយ»ជាអ្នកអប់រំ លឿង ដោយផ្ទាល់អោយក្បត់បក្ស។ លឿង បានទទួលផែនការពី ហ៊ាន អោយបង្វែមាគ៌ាបក្ស អោយទៅ តាមមាគ៌ាវៀតណាម ដោយបំផុសយុទ្ធជន អោយខឹងនឹងបក្ស ទាំងការស៊ីចុក និងការរស់នៅ និងកសាងកម្លាំង ត្រៀមវាយបក្ស។ ខែ៣-១៩៧៦ លឿង បានប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការណ៍ពី ហ៊ាន ម្ដងទៀតអោយប្រឆាំងនឹងការរៀបចំ សហករណ៍១០០០គ្រួសារ របស់បក្ស បំផុសយុទ្ធជន និងប្រជាជន អោយចង់បានបែប វៀតណាមវិញ។ ត្រៀមស្បៀង អាវុធ គ្រាប់រំសេវ ដើម្បីវាយ បក្សក្នុងបន្ទាយនីមួយៗត្រូវត្រៀម ជាសេ្រចនូវស្រូវ អង្ក និងបន្ដកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់។
