Sam Mean was a defector who defected to the society on 18 April 1974. He served Khmer Communist movement and held a position of a soldier in gang 2, platoon 51, company 302, battalion 180, division 1, South west zone.
សំ មៀន ជាជនភ្ញាក់រលឹកបានចូលមករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញ។ ជននេះបានបម្រើចលនាខ្មែរកុម្មុនីស្ដក្នុងឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជននៅក្នុងក្រុមទី២ កងអនុសេនាតូច៥១ កងអនុសេនាធំ៣០២ កងវរសេនាតូចលេខ១៨០ នៃកងពលតូចលេខ១ ភូមិភាគនិរតី ចូលរួបរួមថ្ងៃទី១៨ មេសា ១៩៧៤ នៅកងពលតូចបញ្ជូនសារ បន្ទាយបែកចាន។
