កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :

The surrender of four Khmer Communists, Soun Sieng Huy, Hem Kong, Kong Chan and Va Phe Kry. These four people were soldiers in gang 2, platoon 2, company 2, regiment 110, region 24, Zone 203 who defected to the society at Ka-am Samnor on 18 April 1974.
ការប្រគល់ខ្លួនខ្មែរកុម្មុនិស្ដចំនួន៤នាក់ៈ ១. សួន សៀងហ៊ុយ, ២. ហ៊ឹម គង់, ៣. កង់ ចាន, ៤. វ៉ា ផែគ្រី។ ជនទាំងបួននេះជាយុទ្ធជននៅក្រុមទី២ កងអនុសេនាតូចទី២ កងវរសេនាធំទី២ នៃកងវរលេខ១១០ តំបន់២៤ ភូមិភាគ២០៣ ដែលបានភ្ញាក់រំលឹកចូលមករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញនៅក្អមសំណរ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ មេសា ១៩៧៤។
