In this situation, they reported about along the sea border. From December 1 to December 28, 1976, there were both Thai soldiers and people canoes coming into our country illegally for fishing . They also launched cannon and machine gun on Seh, Tral and Ya islands night and day.In the meantime, there was a small arm-fire clash along the sea border leaving one of our cadres death. On the land border, there were 200 enemies from Thailand infiltrating into Pursat province but there is no problem. American soldiers trained Cambodian people who moved to live in Arinh district, in order to provoke activities in our country. Those trained people are waiting for the arrival of In Tam from USA to start activities. In the eastern country , division 920 and division 801 had the fighting with Vietnamese armed soldiers that invade our country. They came to grow rice and set up their military base in our territory by reasonin that there is no exact demarcation. Furthermore, squads of Vietnamese came to ambush our soldiers in region 23, causing comrade Sari, chief of Srok Romeas Hek platoon dead.
នៅក្នុងសភាពការណ៍នេះ គេបានលើកពីសភាពការណ៍តាមព្រំដែន សមុទ្រ គឺចាប់ពីថ្ងៃ១ ធ្នូ ១៩៧៦ ដល់២៨ ធ្នូ ១៩៧៦។ មានការរំលោភចូលនៃទូកថៃ ទាំងទូកយោធា និងទូកប្រជាជននេសាទ ព្រមទាំងមានការបាញ់ផ្លោងកាំភ្លើងធំ និងកាំភ្លើងយន្ដជាច្រើនទៅលើ កោះសេះ កោះត្រល់ និងកោះយ៉ទាំងថ្ងៃទាំងយប់។ ម៉្យាងទៀត មាន ការជួបប្រយុទ្ធគ្នាដោយកាំភ្លើងដៃតាមខ្សែត្រៀមព្រំដែនសមុទ្រ ដែលបណ្ដាលឱ្យកម្មាភិបាលម្នាក់ជាបេក្ខជនស្លាប់។ តាមព្រំដែនគោក គឺមានខ្មាំង២០០នាក់មកពីថៃ រំលោភចូលដែនដីខេត្ដពោធិសាត់ តែពុំមានអ្វីទេ ហើយពួកអាមេរិកវាបានហ្វឹកហ្វឺនពួកខ្មែរដែលរត់ ទៅនៅអារញ្ញ ឱ្យចូលមកធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្នុងប្រទេសយើង វារង់ចាំ អាអ៊ិនតាំត្រឡប់មកពីអាមេរិកវិញ ទើបចាប់ផ្ដើមធ្វើសកម្មភាព។ នៅភាគខាងកើតនៃប្រទេស កងពល៩២០ និង៨០១ បានជួប វាយប្រហារជាមួយវៀតណាម ដែលចូលជិតដីយើង មានអាវុធគ្រប់ ដៃ។ ពួកវាបានចូលមកធ្វើស្រែក្នុងដីយើង ដោយមានអាវុធនៅនឹងដៃ និងបោះតាំងទ័ពនៅដីយើង ដោយវាថាព្រំដែនមិនកំណត់ច្បាស់លាស់ មិនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ កងទ័ពវៀតណាមជាច្រើនក្រុមបានមកត្រៀមបាញ់កង ទ័ពយើងនៅតំបន់២៣ ដែលធ្វើឱ្យយុទ្ធជនយើងពលីម្នាក់ ឈ្មោះ សារី មានឋានៈជាប្រធានអនុសេនាតូចស្រុករមាសហែក។
