ឈ្មោះ សុខ ធឿន ជនជាតិខ្មែរ អាយុ១៦ឆ្នាំ បានឆ្លើយសារភាព ថា ខ្លួនធ្លាប់បានរស់នៅជាមួយខ្មាំងមែន ព្រោះស្រុកភូមិដែល សុខ ធឿន រស់នៅនោះឋិតក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រងបណ្ដោះអាសន្នរបស់ខ្មាំង។
