San Rong aka Srorn, cadre of regiment, division 335, confessed that in March 1976, Phann received the plot from Hean to convince people of eating, drinking and living problem, to persuade people to be angry with the party and to go against the target of the party prepared to set up 1000 families per a cooperative. In November 1976, he [Srorn] assigned Phann to prepare foodstuffs and weapons kept inthe base in order to attack the party, to build up traitorous forces and to connect with each other by using field telephone.
សន រ៉ុង ហៅ ស្រន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាធំ កងពល ៣៣៥ បាន និយាយថា ផាន់ បានទទួលផែនការពី ហ៊ាន នៅខែ៣ ១៩៧៦ អោយបំផុសប្រជាជនអោយខឹងនឹងបក្សពីរឿងស៊ីចុក ការរស់នៅ និងបំផុសប្រជាជនអោយប្រឆាំងនឹងទិសដៅបក្ស កំណត់រៀបចំ ជីវភាពសហករណ៍១០០០គ្រួសារ។ ខែ១១ ១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនបាន ចាត់តាំង ផាន់ អោយត្រៀមស្បៀង អាវុធ ដើម្បីវាយបក្ស នៅក្នុងបន្ទាយត្រូវមានជង្រុកស្រូវ អង្ករ។ បន្ដកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ និងតេអូទាក់ទងគ្នាកុំអោយដាច់។
