Chheun Suthy called Sarin, who was a member of secret agents in region 15, defected to the government at Lor Thyaung VT640-726. He was in a custody for 6 months and accused of conspiracy with the national army. He did not know much about enemy's activity because he lived there in a very short time and was in gaol many times. The secret agent's was active since the event of 18 March 1970 and there were seven members: Ta Phae (chief), Van(deputy), Mun, Oeun, Huot, Chhum, Sarin(member). It was created to help economic sector in region 15 and to buy various intruments for the region. While he was escaping from the custody, he was captured and detained for a night by enemy, positioned at Wat Ang Talik. According to unknown soldier speech, enemy attemped to attack phnom penh from North-west(Khmuonh-Tuol Kok).
ឈ្មោះ ឈើន សុទ្ធី ហៅ សារិន បានចុះចូលក្រៅការប្រយុទ្ធនៅថ្ងៃ ១៥ ខែធ្នូ ១៩៧៤ នៅឡធ្យូង៦៤០-៧២៦ មានតួនាទីជាសមាជិក ក្រុមបណ្ដាញសម្ងាត់ប្រចាំតំបន់១៥។ ឈ្មោះនេះធ្លាប់ជាប់ឃុំឃាំង រយៈពេល៦ខែ ដោយខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចោទថាចូលដៃជើងនឹងកងទ័ព ជាតិ។ ដោយបានរស់នៅក្នុងអង្គការខ្មាំងរយៈពេលខ្លី ហើយជាប់ឃុំ ឃាំងជាច្រើនលើក ឈ្មោះនេះពុំសូវដឹងសកម្មភាពក្នុងអង្គភាពខ្មាំងបាន ច្បាស់លាស់ប៉ុន្មានទេ។ ក្រុមនេះធ្វើសកម្មភាពតាំងពីក្រោយព្រឹត្ដិ ការណ៍១៨ មិនា ១៩៧០ ហើយមានគ្នា៧នាក់គឺ តា ផើ (ប្រធាន), វ៉ាន (អនុប្រធាន), ម៉ុន, អឿន, ហួត, ឈុំ, សារិន (សមាជិក)។ ក្រុមនេះបង្កើតឡើងដើម្បីបម្រើផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចតំបន់១៥ គឺចាំតែទទួល បញ្ជាមកទិញសម្ភារផេ្សងៗដែលតំបន់នេះត្រូវការ។ នៅពេលឈ្មោះ នេះរត់ចេញពីមន្ទីរឃុំឃាំង ពេលនោះត្រូវកងទ័ពខ្មាំងដែលបោះជុំរុំនៅ វត្ដអង្គតាឡឹកចាប់ឃុំនៅមន្ទីរឃុំឃាំងមួយយប់។ ម៉្យាងទៀតបើតាម សំដីរបស់កងទ័ពវា មិនដឹងលេខបំរុងចុះវាយប្រហារចូលទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ពីទិសខាងលិចឆៀងខាងជើង (ខ្មួញ-ទួលគោក)។
