This is a report to Um 89 about: enemy’s situation in unit was not queer for these few days, both political and spirit. But local base enemy’s situations were as the followings: Say and Bau Khao, enemies in region 101, really contacted Chan Deng and they called Nou to meet Chan Deng. At that time, Nou told Bou Khao to ask people not to come to region 101 anymore, avoiding unfold the secret because there were Vietnamese enemies in this region. According to Say’s response, Youns (Vietnamese enemies) planned to attack our force in March or April. Their forces were Laos and Vietnamese and they could came from inside our region. If those enemies succeed they will assign Bou Khao to be an secretary of zone. Cooperative which was under the leader ship of Bou Kao did not eat together, they ate separately, and they also hid some rice for making wine as well. Bou Khao’s militiaman, Ka Ly fled to Vietnamese enemies. Then he returned and continued working with Bou Khao. Bou Khao slept around with many women, about 8 ladies, including, Neary Ourn who was his under secretary.
In region 104, there were two men, one was Dan who contacted Laotian on February 26, 1977. - One resident of our Svay village fled to Laos. - On 12 March 1977, our army patrolled along the border and caught seven Vietnamese enemies. - On 03 March 1977, a soldier of region at region 101, killed himself by shooting. - Some enemies were still hiding to have action at three places: Phnom Pho Nhork, Au Kha Pha and Koh Resei Ta Ngov village. - Enemies studied the situation and location of our army at border, if they knew clearly about that they would attack us. - They planned to fight us in March and April. Enemies’s planes flew into our territory via Pho Nhork Mountain on 20 March 1977. - On 5 March 1977, enemies fired a signal at Pork Pao, Khorng School and Siem Pang. នេះជាសេចក្ដីរាយការណ៍ជូនអ៊ុំ៨៩អំពីៈ សភាពការណ៍ខ្មាំងក្នុងគ្មាន អី្វប្លែកទេក្នុងរយៈប៉ុន្មានថ្ងៃកន្លងមកនេះ ទាំងនយោបាយទាំង សតិអារម្មណ៍ តែចំពោះសភាពការណ៍ខ្មាំងមូលដ្ឋានគឺមានដូចតទៅៈ ខ្មាំងតំបន់១០១ គឺឈ្មោះសាយ និងបូ ខៅ បានទាក់ទងនឹង ចាន់ ដែងមែន ហើយបានហៅ នូ ឱ្យទៅជួប ចាន់ ដែង។ ពេលនោះ នូបានរាយការណ៍ឱ្យ បូ ខៅ បំផុសប្រជាជនគឺកុំឱ្យប្រជាជនឆ្លងកាត់មក តំបន់១០១ទៀតប្រយ័ត្នបែកការណ៍ព្រោះមានយួន។ តាមចម្លើយ របស់ សាយ ថាយួនមានផែនការប្រុងវាយយើងក្នុងខែមីនា និងខែ មេសា ហើយកម្លាំងមានយួន និងលាវ ហើយអាចមានកម្លាំងខាងក្នុង ខ្លះ។ ហើយប្រសិនបើកម្លាំងនេះវាយឈ្នះ គេនឹងឱ្យ បូ ខៅ ធ្វើជា លេខាភូមិភាគ បើចង់ធ្វើអ្វីគឺគេធ្វើបានតាមលទ្ធភាព។ ហើយ សហករណ៍ដែល បូ ខៅ គ្រប់គ្រងគឺអត់ហូបរួមទេ គឺហូបឯកជន ហើយមានលក់ស្រូវទុកបិទស្រាហូបទៀត។និរសារបស់ បូ ខៅ ឈ្មោះ កា លី បានរត់ទៅយួន ហើយត្រឡប់មក វិញធ្វើជានិរសារបស់ បូ ខៅ ទៀត។ បូ ខៅ បានខូចសីលធម៌ជាមួយ នារីជាច្រើន តាមដឹងគឺ៨នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានឈ្មោះនារី អួន ជា អនុលេខារបស់ បូ ខៅ។នៅតំបន់១០៤ មានយុទ្ធជន២នាក់និងមានម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ដាន បានរត់ ទៅទាក់ទងជាមួយលាវនៅថ្ងៃ២៦ ខែកុម្ភៈ ១៩៧៧។-ប្រជាជននៅភូមិអូរស្វាយបានរត់ទៅលាវ១នាក់។-កងទ័ពយើង បានដើរល្បាតតាមព្រំដែនចាប់បានយួន៧នាក់នៅថ្ងៃ១២ មីនា ១៩៧៧។-ទ័ពភូមិភាគប្រចាំតំបន់១០១ បានបាញ់ខ្លួនឯងស្លាប់នៅថ្ងៃ០៣ ខែមីនា ១៩៧៧។-មានខ្មាំងមកលាក់ខ្លួនដើម្បីធ្វើសកម្មភាព៣កន្លែងគឺ នៅម្ដុំភូមិភ្នំភូញក អូខាផា និងកោះឫស្សីតាង៉ូវ។-ដើរមកមើលកម្លាំងទ័ពយើងបោះទីតាំងការពារព្រំដែននៅត្រង់ណាខ្លះ បើច្បាស់វានឹងយកកម្លាំងមកវាយ។ -មានផែនការចង់វាយយើងនៅខែមិនា និងខែមេសានេះ។-មានយន្ដហោះខ្មាំងហោះចូលដីយើងនៅអូរសដ្ឋីនៅថ្ងៃ១៩ ខែមិនា ១៩៧៧ នៅលើភ្នំភូញក់នៅថ្ងៃ២០ ខែមិនា ១៩៧៧។-ខ្មាំងមានបាញ់ភ្លើងស៊ីញូនៅប៉ក់ពៅ សាលាខោង និងនៅសៀងប៉ាង នៅថ្ងៃ០៥ មីនា ១៩៧៧។
