នៅថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ កិច្ចប្រជុំមួយត្រូវបានប្រារឰធ្វើ ឡើងដោយភាគីខ្មែរ មានឈ្មោះសមមិត្ដ ណាត សមមិត្ដ ភាព និងសមមិត្ដ មុំ ភាគីចិន មានឈ្មាះសមមិត្ដ ឈិន អ៊ីលិន។
