Meng Say was a volunteer Khmere Rouge soldier, but he returned the national a society (Lun Nol) because he thought that Yiek Kong army planned to conquer Khmer.
ម៉េង សាយ ជាទ័ពខ្មែរក្រហមដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដ ហើយត្រូវវិលត្រឡប់មក រួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញ (លុន នល់) ព្រោះយល់ថាកងទ័ពវៀតកុង ពិតជាមានបំណងវាយប្រហារយកទឹកដីខ្មែរទុកជារបស់វាប្រាកដ។
