Region 23 was divided into 4 battalions (4 Kh): Kh-23, Kh-35, Kh-46 and Kh-90. Kh-35 was divided into 4 K and each K has 120 troops. Kh-46 was created in 1974 to replace Kh-45, which had 600 soldiers, were divided into 4 K. This Kh were trained at Wat Svay Tun Teb for 10 days. After the training this Kh was sent to position in the west of Kampong Chork. In November 1974 this Kh combated at Por Plea and seven soldiers were killed. Whereas, in battalion Kh-23 and Kh-90, the number of soldiers were unknown under control of Ta Ya, a chief of region 23 army. Kh 23 was located in Kampong Raur district, Kh 46 was located in district Bro Saut, Kh 35 was located in village Cheng Meng, Kh 90 was located Daunleb. This document also said about economic supply, transportation, health, coure, military recruitment, training and encouragemen.
នៅក្នុងតំបន់២៣ កងទ័ពតំបន់នេះមាន៤កងវរសេនាតូច «៤ឃ» គឺកងវរសេនាតូចឃ-២៣, ឃ-៣៥, ឃ-៤៦ និង ឃ-៩០។ ក្នុងមួយឃ-៣៥ មាន៤គ ហើយក្នុងមួយគ មានគ្នា១២០នាក់, ឃ-៤៦ បង្កើតឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ជំនួសឃ-៤៥ ដោយយុទ្ធជន៦០០នាក់ ចែកជា៤-គ។ ឃនេះយកទៅហ្វឹកហាត់នៅវត្ដស្វាយទន្ទឹប អស់១០ថ្ងៃចប់ បានមកត្រៀមខាងលិចកំពង់ចក ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មកវាយនៅសមរភូមិពព្លាស្លាប់អស់៧នាក់ ចំណែកកងវរសេនាតូច ឃ-២៣ និងឃ-៩០ ពុំបានដឹងចំនួនយុទ្ធជនក្រោមបញ្ជា តាយ៉ា ប្រធានយោធាតំបន់២៣។ ទីតាំងឃ-២៣ ស្រុកកំពង់រោទ៍ ឃ-៤៦, ស្រុកប្រសូត្រ, ឃ-៣៥ក្នុងភូមិចែងម៉ែង, ឃ-៩០ក្នុងដូនលែប។ ឯកសារនេះក៍បានលើកឡើងអំពីផ្នែកផ្គង់ផ្គង់សេដ្ឋកិច្ច, ផ្នែកគមនាគមន៍, ផ្នែកពេទ្យ, ការជ្រើសរើសទ័ព, ការហឹ្វកហ្វឺន និងលើកទឹកចិត្ដយុទ្ធជន។
