Neang Naret, defector was a khmer rouge medic in Phaum Thom village, Lvea Em district, kandal province. She studied medicine at region hospital in Koh Sotin, Kampong Cham province. In Lvea em district , there were 500 soldiers, equipped with gun, but not many artilleriers. These soldiers were under the command of Soy, and positioned in sdey village, with two hospitals. One was situated in prek chhmuos village, and another was located in Batt Dao village. More over, there was an arsenal for various military equipment which was brought from north vietnam, point wu551-037 located at Phsa Aureang Ov. Rice was swapped for military equipment with North Vietnam. They planned to attack the location of the national army which was positioned at Thma Kor, Koh Reas, Prek Por, Prek Phdao, and Chroy Chrey, in order to keep forward to the national road 1 and comquer Phnom Penh. This plan was set up during a meeting between Khmer Rouge leader and North Vietnamese Viet Cong. Naret also said that there were a few Khmer communist in this district, but they were very powerful. They could order people to do whatever they wished. The communist combatants were willing to fight because they had never been in bloody battle, but they were unhappy with misery such as, shortage of medicine, clothes, dictatorship, no love affair, radio banned. Meanwhile Angkar communist ate and drank happily, and forced residents's maidens thoughtlessly. They made a propaganda that they would win the fight against the republic regime, and the war was to deliberate people and country from American empire. The defector also said that he never saw Americans or journalist but he saw only national army who were taken to Snay Pul, and he did not know what for.
ឈ្មោះនាង ណារ៉េត ជាខ្មែរចុះចូលដែលមានតួនាទីជាពេទ្យប្រចាំសង្កាត់ ភូមិធំ ស្រុកល្វាឯម ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល របស់ខ្មែរក្រហម។ បានរៀនសូត្រ មុខវិជ្ជាពេទ្យនេះនៅក្នុងពេទ្យតំបន់កោះសូទិន ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ នៅក្នុង ស្រុកល្វឯមនេះមានកងទ័ពចំនួន៥០០នាក់ មានអាវុធប្រើគ្រប់ដៃ តែពុំសូវមានកាំភ្លើងធំទេ។ កងទ័ពទាំងនេះនៅក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ សយ ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅភូមិស្ដី ហើយមានមន្ទីរពេទ្យ២កន្លែង មួយនៅភូមិព្រែកឈ្មោះ និងមួយទៀតនៅភូមិបាត់ដាវ។ ហើយ ពិសេសទៅទៀត មានកន្លែងស្ដុកគ្រឿងសម្ភារសឹកគ្រប់យ៉ាង ដែល ដឹកនាំមកពីប្រទេសយួនខាងជើង ស្ថិតនៅផ្សាអូរាំង« ត្រង់ចំណុចឌឹបល់ យូអ៊ុយ៥៥១-០៣៧។ សម្ភារទាំងនេះបានមកពីការដោះដូរស្រូវអង្ករ ពីវៀតណាមខាងជើង។ ពួកវាមានគោលបំណងប្រុងវាយទីតាំងរបស់ កងទ័ពជាតិដែលតាំងនៅថ្មគ, កោះរះ, ព្រែកពោធិ៍, ព្រែកផ្ដៅ និងជ្រោយជ្រៃ ដើម្បីបើកផ្លូវឆ្លងមកកាន់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ១វាយយកក្រុង ភ្នំពេញ។ គម្រោងការនេះធ្វើឡើងក្រោយពេលប្រជុំរវាងមេខ្មែរ ក្រហមនិងមេយួនយៀកកុងខាងជើង។ ណារ៉េត បញ្ជាក់ទៀតថាៈ នៅក្នុងស្រុកនេះមានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដតិចតួចទេ តែមានឥទ្ធិពលលើអ្នក ស្រុកខ្លាំងណាស់ ពួកវាអាចបង្គាប់អ្នកស្រុកធ្វើអ្វីបានតាមចិត្ដ។ យុទ្ធជនខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដនៅមានស្មារតីប្រយុទ្ធ ព្រោះពួកគេមិនធ្លាប់បាន ប្រយុទ្ធជោគជាំនៅឡើយ។ ក៍ប៉ុន្ដែ ពួកគេពុំសប្បាយចិត្ដចំពោះការ លំបាកវេទនាដូចជាៈ មានការខ្វះខាតថ្នាំសង្កូវ សម្លៀកបំពាក់ ការប្រើ អំណាចផ្ដាច់ការ មិនឱ្យមានទំនាក់ទំនងសេ្នហា ស្ដាប់វិទ្យុ តែពួកវាវិញ ស៊ីផឹកសប្បាយតាមចិត្ដ ព្រមទាំងចាប់បង្ខំកូនក្រមុំអ្នកស្រុកតាមអំពើ ចិត្ដ។ ពួកវាបានឃោសនាថា ពួកវានឹងទទួលជ័យជម្នះលើរបប សាធារណរដ្ឋ ការធ្វើសង្គ្រាមនេះគឺដើម្បីរំដោះប្រជាជន ប្រទេសជាតិ ពីចក្រពត្ដិអាមេរិក។ ជនចុះចូលនេះបានផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានថា ពុំដែលឃើញ ឈ្លើយសឹកអាមេរិក ឬអ្នកសាព័ត៌មានទេ គឺឃើញតែកងទ័ពជាតិដែល ពួកវាបានយកទៅកាន់ស្នាយពល់ តែពុំដឹងយកទៅធ្វើអ្វី។
